The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. (Psalm 23:1)
This is our experience, God is our shepherd, and we lack nothing. The shepherd leads sheep to good pastures, He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside the still waters. The shepherd makes the sheep to have grass to eat and water to drink, and we have rest in Him. The shepherd is with us, restores our souls, refreshes our souls, and guides us on the path of righteousness and the path of eternal life. Holy Spirit is with us, Holy Spirit anoints us with oil, we are blessed and our cup overflows. God’s goodness and love will follow us all the days of our lives, and in the future we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Before we came to the Lord, we were like sheep going astray, There was no God in our lives as our shepherd. A sheep without a shepherd is vulnerable, cannot be protected by the shepherd. I hope that those who have not yet believed in the Lord will come to our Good Shepherd, our God, to Lord Jesus soon, and let Lord Jesus lead the rest of our lives and on the path of eternal life.
Lord Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. When he comes again, He will rule the world for a thousand years. The earth will be at peace, even man and animals will be at peace. No one will lack anything. God is our shepherd and we lack nothing.
A few days ago I was thinking to share: The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. A couple of days later, when I opened the Android Bible, the same verse appeared on the screen. Recently we received 2021 calendar ordered by our church, when I opened it two days ago and found that the scripture used for January of the calendar is: The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. Thank the Lord for the encouragement.
May God bless you and your family. 🙏😊
